TREMONT

Complete first floor renovation of a 1950's home in the Junius Heights neighborhood of Dallas, Texas.

Most of the historic charm on the interior of this home had been taken away by a previous remodel job. By flipping the public and private spaces, we paid homage to the original layout of the home. This also opened up space for the client to entertain in the kitchen and dining rooms.
